U.2, U.3, E1.S or E3.S?
U.2 and U.3 are 2.5" NVMe drives for server backplanes (U.3 also works in tri-mode SAS / SATA / NVMe bays). E1.S and E3.S (EDSFF) are newer, denser form factors for current servers. Check what your chassis takes.
What does DWPD mean?
Drive writes per day: how many times the drive's full capacity can be written every day of the warranty. Read-intensive drives are around 1 DWPD, mixed-use 3, write-intensive 10 or more.
